Popular smartphone brand, Realme has launched a smartphone from its flagship series. Long after the launch of the Realme GT 3 series, Realme has continued the GT series with the debut of Realme GT 6T 5G in India.
The Realme GT series is a flagship series that offers a great combination of specifications under mid-range pricing. Realme GT 6T’s 120W super fast charging and the largest dual VC with a 9-layer cooling system make it a good choice for gamers.
Realme GT 6T is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset and gets the title of India’s first smartphone with 7+ Gen 3 chipset. The company advertised it as the top-performing smartphone offering 1.5 million+ Antutu scores.
However, will Realme GT 6T with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset cross a 1.5 million Antutu score? So, let’s perform a real-life Antutu test on Realme GT 6T and find out what its actual benchmark score is.
Note: We have performed all these tests on a pre-production unit of the Realme GT 6T. The actual results may be slightly different.

Realme GT 6T AnTuTu Score: The Big Reveal
This smartphone’s overall Antutu Benchmark score varies depending on the temperature. In normal temperature, Realme GT 6T scores 1,487,708 (Antutu) points, while in an air-conditioned room, it scores around 1,511,681 points.
While the company’s claim of a 1.5 million+ Antutu score is accurate, surrounding temperature significantly affects the results. Beebom’s YouTube team tested the Antutu benchmark at normal room temperature, achieving a score of 1,487,708 Antutu points. Notably, the Realme GT 6T heated up to 40° Celsius during this test.
While testing it in an AC-conditioned room, the temperature remained between 28°C and 29°C and the Antutu score reached around 1,511,681 points. However, the biggest dual VC cooling system makes its performance stable in both hot and cold environments.

Geakbench 6 Benchmark
Realme GT 6T powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset has performed very well on Geekbench 6 scores. According to a Geekbench 6 listing, the phone managed a score of 1873 in the single-core test and 5007 in the multi-core test.
However, if we compare it with 8th-generation chipsets like Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, there are slight differences in Geekbench 6 scores compared to Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and 8 Gen 2.
Storage Test
Realme GT 6T comes with UFS 4.0 storage speed. However, the base variant (8GB+128GB) offers UFS 3.1 storage speed. Storage testing has been performed on the top variant of this smartphone, which is 12GB of RAM (LPDDR5X) and 512GB of storage (UFS 4.0).
The Storage test scores of Realme GT 6T reached 181,202 points. Its read speed is around 3725MB/s and its write speed is around 3631MB/s.
Throttling and 3D Mark Tests
The throttling and 3D Mark results of Realme GT 6T are a bit disappointing. Maybe, it is because we have a pre-production unit for this smartphone.
Realme GT 6T throttled down to 78% in 15 minutes during the 20-threads test and 50% in 60 minutes during the 100-threads test. The results were consistent across multiple tests.
The 3D Mark scores ranged from 1636 to 3029 points, which is good. However, stability takes a hit, dropping by 54%.
These results are unexpected. Although Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 performance scores are quite good, there are some optimization issues as well. However, these issues will be optimized at the time of launch.
Gaming Test
Here is the gaming test of the Realme GT 6T. We’ve played long gaming sessions, and the performance is quite stable. The back of the smartphone also remained cool during testing.
BGMI And COD Mobile Test on Realme GT 6T
Realme GT 6T supports Ultra HDR at Ultra graphics in BGMI. However, it only offers Smooth+Extreme (60FPS) graphics. There is no support for 90FPS with Smooth graphics.
If we talk about Call of Duty Mobile, Very High graphics are supported, but the frame rate is capped at 60 FPS.
There are no frame drops or heating issues in the Realme GT 6T even after playing BGMI and COD Mobile for more than 3 hours continuously.
The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset is quite capable of handling high FPS games. Therefore, the 90FPS option in these two games will be available at launch.
